Where can I find the internet headers?

In MS Outlook 2003 you can find the emails headers by:

  1. Open to full size the email from which you want to get the headers (double click it).
  2. Select ‘View’ and then ‘Options’ from the top menu.
  3. You should then be able to copy and paste from the ‘Internet Headers’ box.

In Mac Mail you can find the headers by:

  1. Selecting ‘View’, then ‘Message’ and then ‘Long Headers’ from the top menu.
  2. You should then be able to copy and paste the headers that are displayed.

In Horde web mail you can find the emails headers by:

  1. Open the email from which you want to get the headers.
  2. Beneath “Subject:” you will see the heading “Headers:” now click “Show All Headers”.
  3. You should then be able to copy and paste the headers that are displayed.
