Closed.There are currently issues with the connectivity in our Dublin Data Centre. Engineers are on site and looking into the problem.
15:40 – Apologies for the delay with resolving this issue. Our engineers are still working on it and unfortunately we have not yet received back from them an estimated time of when the usual service will resume.
16:15 – Normal service should be resumed within the next 30 minutes.

Between 13.30 and 16.30 on Friday, 5th December, our Dublin facility experienced a major power outage to a power board in Suite 3 of the Data Centre. The outage was confined to racks in this suite fed from Power Board 2. Network and customers not receiving power from that board were not affected.
