22:58 – We have reports of a network outage in our Sheffield facility which is now being investigated.
23:25 - The fault has been identified as being with the main electricity supply and we are working with the utility suppliers to resolve the issue.
23:40 - Power to the data facility has been restored and the servers should all now be back online.
