10:25 – We are aware of a network issue affecting our Sheffield POP which is being investigated.
10:27 – The network appears to be functioning again however we have not yet completed investigation.
10:44 – The issue has been identified as a configuration reset in an upstream router. The configuration was restored and the network began to function as normal. The router is being closely monitored and assessed as to why this issue occured and if a hardware replacement is necessary.
