Brief: We are upgrading our Sheffield based hosting platform to the latest release. This update is a control panel patch to help increase stability and security, there will also be package updates including mail, ftp, web and mysql
Timeframe: Thursday 17th September 2009 between 20:00 and 23:00.
Expected Impact: The control panel will be offline during the maintenance window. Mail, ftp, apache and mysql servers will be upgraded and we expect this to be for a very brief period as each service is restarted.
What you need to do: All customers are advised to check their sites availability and functionality after this maintenance window. While we will endeavour to check all sites, this is a time consuming task and user reported issues will be dealt with as the highest priority.

20:05 – Updates starting.
20:13 – cp.pipeten.co.uk is being updated and will be unavailable.
21:40 – cp.pipeten.co.uk updates we completed a while ago. We still recommend customers refrain using the control panel at this point, unless submitting support tickets. Shared and Integrated servers are now being updated.
00:39 – All updated have been completed, tested and a few small problems corrected swiftly. If any customers notice problems please do let us know through the usual support methods.
