Brief: We are performing a hardware upgrade on the shared mail cluster mail.pipeten.co.uk.
Timeframe: Between 23:00 and 00:00 Tuesday 11th August 2009 for 15 minutes.
Expected Impact: mail.pipeten.co.uk will be unavailable for less than 15 minutes while upgrades are completed and machines restart. No incoming mail will be lost however customers will be unable to send or check/download mails during this time.

UPDATE 0000hrs: The reboots were started around 23:26 and overall outage was 8 minutes. There was no disruption or loss of incoming mails and this maintenance window is now close.
