Brief: We are removing Blacklist and Whitelist options from Horde IMP webmail due to problems it has introduced into mail processing.
Timeframe: Thursday 22nd October 2009 from 22:00 onwards.
Expected Impact: No interruption or outage will occur, only the Horde IMP filtering options will be removed.
What you need to do:
Customers using custom Blacklist and Whitelist rules within Horde IMP webmail should copy these rules out of the Horde system and into the control panel interface. Further information on the control panel Anti-Spam functionality may be found in the control panel manual.
All customers are advised to check their mailbox availability and functionality after this maintenance window. While we will endeavour to check all mailboxes, this is a time consuming task and user reported issues will be dealt with as the highest priority.
