14:20 – We are currently experiencing issues with shared server mysql.pipeten.co.uk which is impacting web servers using this db server. We are looking into the issue.
14:33 – The issue should be largely resolved but investigations are ongoing and we are keeping a very close eye on it.
14:42 – The issue is definitely resolved and has been linked to a problem with the name servers briefly not allowing reverse lookups for MySQL connections.
