Brief: We are performing maintenance on our Sheffield, UK shared servers requiring reboot:
- cp.pipeten.co.uk – Control Panel
- mail.pipeten.co.uk – Mail Service
- web1.pipeten.co.uk – Web Service
- mysql.pipeten.co.uk – MySQL Service
Timeframe: Monday 19th April 2010 between 22:00 and 23:00.
Expected Impact: The above listed services will be unavailable for a short period of time while servers are rebooted.
What you need to do: Refrain from performing non interruptible FTP or MySQL transactions on affected services around this time period and inform us if you see any issues after this time.
