This problem is now resolved and closed.
01:00 – We are currently having a problem with shared Linux server dweb4.pipeten.co.uk causing http and ftp unavailable.
02:00 – Engineers are aware of the issue and working on a fix.
02:46 – There was a critical disk failure with the server which impacted on initially performance and then also the availability and stability of this shared server. We believe we have now resolved the situation fully and continue to monitor and investigate the issue further.
