14:25 We are experiencing some packet loss on certain routes to our Derby PoP and have engineers looking into the problem.
14:45 The packet loss on the affected routes have now been resolved and we are monitoring the situation.
Some customers may have experienced some slow response times and packet loss on some internet transit routes between 14:23 and 14:35. This was caused by a UK network issue on the peering infrastructure at London Internet Exchange (LINX). This issue will have affected all transit providers routing through LINX.
LINX engineers are working on their fault currently. In the meantime our connecting sessions to LINX have been shutdown and are routing traffic via other providers and will be until LINX have provided an all clear.
