Every business should have a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) to help with the organisation of the companies relationships and interactions with customers.
The guys over at GrowCreate have developed a fantastic add-on package for Umbraco, that creates a fully fledged CRM system within the back-office. Perfect for tracking business opportunities and helps teams collaborate with timelines and tasks.

- Login to your umbraco admin dashboard at yourdomain.co.uk/umbraco.
- Click the Developer icon in the left hand side menu, click Packages and select the Umbraco package repository.
- In the search bar type CRM, PipeLine CRM should be the only result, Click the P icon.
- Click the orange Install Package Button, agree to the install buy clicking OK.
- Accept the license the and click the green install package button.
- The Umbraco page will refresh and you will have an option to view the installed package.
- That’s it, you now have a fully fledged CRM within your Umbraco back-office. Get adding your clients and notes.
