My SSL Certificate shows errors, what should I do?
You may currently have a ‘self-signed’ certificate installed. Certificates will commonly display an error on two occasions:
- The certificate is not signed by a higer authority (e.g. you’ve signed it yourself/via the control panel)
- The domain name does not match the certificate (note that https://domain.com is totally different to https://www.domain.com).
