ClosedThursday 14.15 – We are currently having some issues with the web1 and mysql server in our Sheffield data centre, an engineer is currently on site and working on the server and the problem should be resolved shortly.

Thursday 15.00 – The server is back up and running and we are closely monitoring it.

Thursday 16.00 – It appears there are still some issues and the engineers are working on resolving them.

Thursday 16.45 – The server appears to be stable now.

Thursday 18:00 – web1 has suffered multiple RAM failures. We are working with the hardware vendor and parts suppliers to replace the missing memory and restore full performance and stability to web1

Friday 12:20 – Additional hardware is on stand-by should web1 experience similar issues to those yesterday.

Friday between 18:00 and 20:00 – We will be taking web1 down briefly ( <15 minutes ) in order to perform additional hardware upgrades and replacements.

Friday 18:25 – We took web1 down about 15 minutes ago, replaced all RAM with fresh 4×2GB and it is back as of 4 minutes ago.
