Upgrade completed without problems, maintenance closed.
Brief: We are performing a RAM/memory upgrade on our shared control panel cp.pipeten.co.uk to improve performance.

Timeframe: Saturday 09th January 2010 between 23:00 and 23:30.

Expected Impact: The control panel service will be unavailable for a few minutes whilst the server is shutdown, RAM is installed and the server reboots. There will be no impact on other site or service availability.

What you need to do: Refrain from attempting to use the control panel around this time period and inform us if you spot any control panel issues after this time.
