You can print a VAT invoice out from within your control panel. if you log into your control panel and click on ‘Billing’ > ‘Billing Statements’ and then select your latest statement, you will see a printer icon which allows you to print out your invoice which contains all VAT information to keep for your records.
All customers, irrespective of their country must pay VAT at 17.5% as the services are sold from within the UK.
Most additional services can be purchased and added on by the customer through the online control panel and will be charged pro-rated for the remaing time on your billing period. The charge will be calculated based on the date when the resource was purchased to the end of the billing cycle.
We accept payment via all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, Switch/Maestro, Solo and JCB.
All our prices are quoted in UK Pounds.
Simply log into your control panel and click the ‘Change’ icon next to your package name. Select your new package from the drop down list and click ‘Switch’.
You will just be billed or refunded for the difference between the two accounts pro rated for the remainder of your billing period.
When you sign up with us, you will be asked to choose a plan and billing cycle. Your credit card will be charged and your account will be automatically renewed unless we receive notice from you in writing that you wish to cancel.
