Can I switch my account between Linux and Windows?

Thursday, October 2nd, 2008

There is currently no automatic way of migrating between platforms (Windows to Linux or Linux to Windows).  If you do need to switch you’ll need to purchase the opposing account, add the domains and manually migrate all your data across.  Once you are happy with the setup, request for the old account to be closed and we’ll transfer the remaining balance to the new account so you don’t lose out financially.

What if my hosting requirements are more than your standard packages?

Thursday, May 24th, 2007

No problem. The real beauty about Pipe Ten’s packages are that you can increase your quotas of disk space, traffic transfer, databases etc directly in real time yourself all through the online H-Sphere control panel system. We have designed our standard packages which are more than adequate for most website requirements but for the more demanding website you can build up your own customised package yourself through your Pipe Ten control panel so as your website grows, your hosting requirements can easily grow with it and you only pay for the features you need!
