Brief: We are performing Windows Update maintenance on our Sheffield, UK shared servers that will require server reboots:

Timeframe: Thursday 2nd September 2010 between 06:00 and 08:00.

Expected Impact: Web and FTP services will be unavailable for brief periods of time whilst updating and the servers rebooting.

What you need to do: All customers are advised to check their sites availability and functionality after this maintenance window. While we will endeavour to check all sites, this is a time consuming task and user reported issues will be dealt with as the highest priority.

09:54 – All services have been confirmed and tested as fully restored. We do not expect this issue to occur again and we are also working towards preventing this from occuring again. Customers wishing to receive an RFO should contact the support team through the normal means.
