New Pipe Ten Website

The new website has been crafted entirely by our in-house technical team drawing on decades of experience in supporting you and your websites.

Our old website was looking quite dated (having not had a fresh design in 8 years!) and we hope the new one not only looks a lot more modern, but is also a lot easier to use and understand.

New improved Live Chat

After reviewing the feedback in our last customer survey and the transcripts of the last 5 years it was clear that although an exceptionally useful tool for asking quick questions and debugging complex problems, it lacked the security sufficient to provide the same level of service that can be achieved with support tickets. WordPress 3.0 now available

The worlds favourite blogging software WordPress has released its latest and greatest version 3.0.

The Pipe Ten team has been testing the upgrade process for the past couple of week(s) which includes this blog (www.pipeten.info).

We can confirm all WordPress users running version 2.7 and upwards can upgrade to 3.0 using the inbuilt WordPress automatic upgrade facility by clicking the “Update to 3.0″ button or “Please update now” link on your domains WordPress dashboard ( http://youdomain.ext/wp-admin/ ).

With over 1,200 bug-fixes and many new and improved features we recommend you upgrade to 3.0 at your earliest convenience.

Customers wishing to perform a new install of WordPress 3.0 are recommend to download the latest version of and manually install. Our video tutorial “Installing WordPress 2.7 from scratch” still applies  to new 3.0 installs.
