Explained: Warning (Approaching resource limit)

If you receive an email from support@pipeten.co.uk or .com with the title “Warning (Approaching resource limit)” it means that you are approaching or exceeding some of the inclusive resources on your hosting package. Explanations of what these resources are and what each warning means can be found below:

  1. Mailbox Disk Quota
  2. Traffic Quota
  3. Databases: MySQL Quota or MSSQL Quota
  4. Linux Disk Quota or Windows Disk Quota or Reseller Disk Quota

When you reach 90% of your hosting packages designated traffic quota (also known as data transfer or bandwidth) you will receive an email to the primary account contact with the subject “Warning (Approaching resource limit)”.

Pipe Ten expands to new offices

The CubePipe Ten have relocated their main Sheffield office to The Cube after six years of being based in The Workstation.

“The new office facilities will give us great scope for growth as we expand as a business and develop new products. How to update your contact details

It is imperative that you keep your contact details updated as Pipe Ten will use this information to contact you about your account account as required, especially that there is a valid email address listed on the account as this is the primary method of communication.

There are two contacts for every Pipe Ten hosting account and these can be updated as follows:

Contact Details
Login to your UK or Dublin hosting control panel and navigate to ‘Account’ > ‘Contact Info’ in the left hand menu.

Billing Details
Login to your UK or Dublin hosting control panel and navigate to ‘Billing’ > ‘Billing Profile’ in the left hand menu. Further information on updating your billing profile.

I lost my password, what should I do?

How can I get a VAT receipt for my records?

You can print a VAT invoice out from within your control panel. if you log into your control panel and click on ‘Billing’ > ‘Billing Statements’ and then select your latest statement, you will see a printer icon which allows you to print out your invoice which contains all VAT information to keep for your records.

Am I liable for VAT when purchasing from outside of the UK?

How do i find out our billing period?

  1. Log into your control panel
  2. Click ‘Billing’ then ‘Billing Statements’
  3. It will state at the top of the page when your current billing period started and ends.
