What is a ‘Catch all’ e-mail account?

A catch all e-mail account will collect email for any address that you have not specifically setup a mail box or alias for on your domain. You will get all email to your domain name and your customers will not receive mail bounces for invalid e-mail addresses at your domain.

What is your spam and bulk email policy?

We do allow emails to be sent to an ‘opt in’ email list however we have strict policies against spamming and bulk e-mail. Users who spam via e-mail, newsgroups, etc. are not allowed access to our servers. If we receive complaints of spamming and bulk e-mail, we will remove the offender from our network.

Do you support IMAP Email?

All of the accounts you set up in the control panel can be used interchangeably with pop3 and IMAP.

Simply connect to the server with an IMAP client.

I can’t send mail with Outlook Express. I get a rcpthosts error. What’s wrong?

You need to check your pop3 box before sending mail trough the server. When the POP3 box is checked, you can send emails within the next 15-30 minutes.

Can I have all my e-mail forward to a separate e-mail address?

Yes. Through the online control panel you are free to set email forwarders for your e-mail accounts as you see fit.

What is the maximum size for an e-mail attachment?

The largest attachment size our servers allow is 15 MB. Larger files should be sent via FTP.
